The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event

Just 25 days untill Christmas makes me be a lite scared because the time passes so fast. Have you bought all the presents? Not me, is so crazy downtown with all the people that are getting hysterical and stressed about that.
After I took these pictures I realized that I forgot to put some gloss on my lips. I have many of them but never use it, but I should :)
Have a nice day!

Soft lingonberry gingerbread

Like I promised I want to share with you this cake that I use to do for Christmas time.
I hope you will like it and understad how to do, I'm not that good at writing the recipes in english :)

The trick to succes with the cake is to whisk the eggs and granulated sugar relly, really fluffy. You should never whisk the flour because the cake can easily become rubbery in texture, but it should be gently fold into the mixture.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2.5 cups grenulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
50g butter
1.5 teaspoons ground ginger
1.5 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup sour milk
3,5 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 cup lingonberry jam (you can use other berries jam or skipp it)
butter and alomonds for the form

Lingonberry Cream:
3 cups whipping cream
1 cup thick greek yogurt
1/2 cup lingonberry jam

Do like this:
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees hot.
2. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until they get really fluffy.
3.Melt the butter and mix it in the batter, also the sour milk.
4. Mix all the dry ingredients in another bowl and then mix everything with the batter. But to not use a mixer for that. End by mixing the jam with the batter.
5.Grase a cake form (you can se on my pictures) with the butter and use if you like some crushed almonds.
6. Bake the cake plain in the center of the oven for 30-35 minutes. Try usin a stick, it should not be sticky if it's ready.
8. Lingonberry Cream: Whisk the cream and mix it together with the yoghurt. Season with lingonberry jam or other jam.

I am not a glutton - I am an explorer of food

Is so cozy to just to take it easy on my free days of work and just worm up with a cup of tea. I'm so bad at making coffee and I just drink it at work. I have so many types of tea with so many flavours. I love tea so right now I'm worming up with a cup.
I'm a litle worried about the weather this weekend because they say that it will be minus ten degrees. As you can see I took todays pictures at the supermarket, because was blowing snow like crazy outside. Oh yes i have a coat to that i use just for this kind of weather, nad is soooo worm. But unfortunally I look like the Michelin guy in it :)
Sometimes is hard to plan what to eat, I'm just doing five types of recipes and then my ideas are blowing away. So today I came with the idea of something new. I will put a recipe this weekend of Soft Gingerbread that I just love. I make this just for Christmas time.
So stay tuned ;)

I want Lanvin not flowers

So this is my experiance of Lanvin for H&M. I was lucky because it was a big snow storm outside so there wasn't so many people waiting. I waited for one hour. They offered us coffee from my favorite Café and at 8 o'clock we could go inside. The staff were so friendly and I could touch almost every single item of the collection. I think that it wasn't worth the money to buy those dresses. After all is H&M...But I bought some items, that I will share with you some other day ;)
Did you queue for this collection?

Who let the dogs out ?!

Is snowing like crazy outside my window and I'm preparing to go to the hairdresser. I don't like to go and cut my hair because I never know how the result will be. I have yet not found a person that can cut my hair in the way I want. Is difficult to have curly hair, everyone likes it but for me is not that fun...
I took these pictures the last day.

Let us love winter, for it is the spring of genius

I hate winter instead...but somehow I like that we have the four seasons in this country.
Yesterday I've been to another Christmas market. Is so cosy to just be there, many people and the Christmas feeling is all around. Like I said in the other post I've done, I like the handmade stuff that people sell. This time the market was done in a Castle. I finished the day on the amusement park (who was full of lights, this year 5 miljon lights) eating churros (spanish waffels) with my friends.
Hope you all had a nice weekend!

"A girl should be two things:classy and fabulous."

After watching Sex and the city 2 the movie back in the summer, I've got inlove with this outfit that Carrie has in this picture below. She has this kind of outfit three times in the movie. I thought that this will be a big trend, but strangely nobody cared about it. So here is how I got my idea :)
